Hi Cappy, it does change easily, I only have mild PH but I also have ILD, I have raynauds which makes my hands cold so like Heather said, warm up your hands then take it. Mine will drop to 90-91 walking up my stairs in my house but come right back up to 95 and above in a couple of minutes. I recover so fast but the ups and downs are crazy at times. I have almost learned to tell what my level is before taking it now.
Thanks for the answer. Helps to know I'm not alone
Hi Cappy, I have a Samsung watch that I usually always get a reading with that. The finger one i never hardly get a reading. When I am at the PH clinic they have to measure it on my forehead. Have a blessed day.
I have Raynauds and I've tried all kinds of ways to get an accurate reading. Even took my nail polish off.
My oxygen levels jump all over also anywhere from 76 the lowest to 97 the highest. But I also have Raynauds so I don't know how accurate it is???
