After my cardiologist diagnosed me with PAH in February, i was first put on ambersantin (forgive the spelling) and slidenofil (sp?) But i had poor results. Now I take opsenvi and its working amazingly well. To help with the selling, my doctor changed my diuretic from Lasix to 2 tablets of 60mg torsemide. It really makes a difference. I go back to the cardiologist next week, and they are probably going to add something else to help even more. But I rarely need my inhaler, however I still have some shortness of breath. And I can't do yard work like before. I recommend asking g about torsemide, its control release. I have to have that due to left side heart failure as well
