I have been on Opsynvi and attempted to go to the 10/40 from the 10/20 and my side effects were the most of the ones on the less common list. These helped me at rest but no change with activity. So I am glad to hear this. Have you been able to maintain what you gained though you are on hold?

I am involved in this drug as part of the drug study in Nebraska right now. The only side effect I have is a red mark on my face. It is small. It seems to be working good for me.
Good morning Jen, I was on winrevair for 8- 9 months. And it was working wonderful for me! My lung pressure went way down. My heart started looking good again. But my hematocrit and hemoglobin went way down. So my PH Dr put me on hold. Till it goes back up. I have 2 iron infusions and going for my last one today. So maybe I will be able to get back on winrevair. It is a miracle drug. And I did not have any sude effects. God bless! ๐
