My small dog Oscar comes up to me everynight while I am on the computer, because he wants me to go to bed because it's way to late according to his standards. I go lift him into bed everynight even though he can jump up there. Then there's Zeek the black lab mix. He goes to bed before me also. He lays across my entire area of the bed, I think that is his way of saying "if you want to stay up so late you lose your spot in bed." He is near impossible to get him to move to give me a microscopically small area. Pets are funny, & much smarter than most people give them credit for. As all of us pet lovers know, our lives have been seriously enriched by having them in our lives for however long we were able to have them.

I took a pic this evening of three of our babies. Milo us the one in clothing and a washcloth around her heck because she digs and gets sore if I don't. Flower is our other black and white, and Marmalade at my feet, they love to lay with me.

@A myPHteam Member Be sure you check the Medicare supplement plans in your area vs the Advantage plans. at least where I live. many specialists, imaging centers and even hospitals have dropped a few of the Advantage plans.

I'm sure it varies from one place to another but that's what it's like in the county where I live.

I'm wondering how the tariffs will effect the medication access and/or prices as well. My guess, it's too soon to tell.

I'm not on Medicare until later this year but I checked and it seems that all of the Advantage plans in my area (they vary depending on where you live) have dropped Orenitram from their 2025 formulary. I talked to my doctor about it and he told me that there is an appeal process that the doctor takes to the insurance company. From his experience with this, he said that the appeals are almost always approved. But, it can take a month or two for that to get done. So, as soon as you are notified of the change, talk to you doctor and get the appeal process moving.
