I've been on Opsumit for over 11 years BUT I have good insurance.

@A myPHteam Member there are a lot of financial assistance programs and foundations that can provide assistance. The copays for my PAH medications are covered by The Assistance Fund. As my pulmonologist put it, "Ain't nobody but Bill Gates able to afford PAH medications without assistance." Good luck!
