I've noticed less joint pain since being diagnosed. I thought perhaps it was because I'm not as active as I once was or that I don't push myself as much to get things done. I also think that taking a fluid pill has helped. Our resource AI page had an article on joint pain and the HP connection. Anyone else read that?

For now, I am on Lasix, Symbicort, O2 therapy (all the time) and Zepbound (to help me lose weight). I've been on Lasix for multiple years--some days it works very well and other days not! It has helped me a lot.
They are going to change my Symbicort (which has 2 types of medication working together) to a 3 medication type inhaler--which they say supposed to help with the breathing! IF I can tolerate it that is....It has to be prior authorized from insurance--so until I get it I will use my Symbicort.
The O2 doesn't help with the sleep apnea at all--which I don't qualify for the other treatments that are new for sleep apnea. I am on Zepbound to see if I can lose the weight I need to.
Since I've been on the oxygen therapy I have greatly noticed that my knee replacements have began to be sore and my neuropathy in my feet has come back to life.
I will say the oxygen is waking my body up again!!!
