You should get guidelines from your care team. I was told my ideal systolic range for blood pressure is from 90 to 120 and diastolic from 65 to 80 but that's ME. For heart rate I was told ideally it should stay under 100. My instructions when I get numbers out of range are to repeat the tests in a a few minutes and if they don't improve or if I feel unwell, to get to the emergency room and to have the triage people call the PH doctor immediately. So far I have stayed within my guidelines other than an occasional spike in my systolic. But set up your own guidelines with your team. Each of us is unique.

Even without medications my BP and pulse tend to run on the lower side. Since starting Tadalafil, Ambrisentan, and Metoprolol ER plus a diuretic I have many days when my systolic BP is less than 110. My pulse pretty much stays in the mid-60s. Both the pulmonologist and cardiologist agree that as long as I'm not dizzy or passing out the low BPs are okay. I do have parameters as to when to hold the diuretic.

Your blood pressure of 90/60 is on the lower side, and a pulse of 114 is elevated. While these readings can sometimes occur in people with pulmonary hypertension (PH), they could also indicate a potential issue, especially if you felt symptoms like dizziness, shortness of breath, or chest pain. If you experience these symptoms again, it’s better to err on the side of caution and seek medical attention promptly.
