Thanks for the reply. I limit caffeine to 1 cup of Joe a day. I also drink a lot more seltzer instead of soda, I'm going to try Nu-Salt just to see.
Rather than using salt substitutes which can have bitter aftertastes, I learned how to flavor my cooking using other herbs or ingredients. For me it helps that I like spicy foods. Come over to the Cooking Group on this website and you'll see some recipes.

I found it more difficult to give up caffeine...I admit to occasional cheating with chocolate...giving up my diet colas was tough but I've now gotten used to ordering sparkling water in restaurants.
