Yesterday I had a long episode of frequent PVC's, sometimes bigeminy, and this is new for me. I felt very dizzy and it lasted about 10 hours.

I would let your doctor know what is going on so they can do some tests to make sure there isn't anything else. I have arrythemias and am on medicine to control it, that and my new pacemaker can see them, which helps.

Since this is a new symptom (and you were symptomatic) the best thing to do is contact your doctor.
Hi Jane, For months after getting Covid the first time I had long daily episodes of PVC's. I had a fairly comprehensive medical assessment but they didn't find a cause for it. That was before I developed PAH, which it is now also recognised can be caused by Covid.

I've had PVCs, SVTs, some bradycardia and some tachycardia. My cardiac rhythm specialist inserted a loop recorder in my chest that monitored these events over a 3.5 year period. The battery has since died in the device, and he has recommended replacing it with a new loop monitor. I don't experience any AFIB symptoms, however.
These MOST FREQUENTLY occurred after climbing 19 steps to my condo without oxygen. Now that I have a portable oxygen device, it's rare for me to have these events. Since the next monitor will require surgery to remove the existing monitor, I haven't made the decision to move forward and will discuss with the specialist at my next appointment.
