Cardiac arrythmias are quite common with PAH. I have PAH associated with Sjogren's. I also have mitral valve regurgitation. A couple of years ago after a Holter monitor test I learned I have fairly regular PVCs. I've become more concerned in the past couple of months because I am experiencing heart palpitations more frequently. This article may be useful to you:
