I've had three negative extensive events that involved exertion when my arms are at shoulder or a higher height over my head. One put me in the ER, two others took me 2 days to recover. Obviously, I'm learning what Not to do the hard way. 😑

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and exercise-induced pulmonary hypertension (PH) are both types of pulmonary hypertension but have distinct characteristics:
- PAH: This is a chronic condition where high blood pressure occurs in the arteries of the lungs and the right side of the heart. It is typically diagnosed at rest and involves persistent high pressure in the pulmonary arteries.
- Exercise-Induced PH: This condition is characterized by an increase in blood pressure in the lungs specifically during exercise. At rest, individuals with exercise-induced PH may have normal pulmonary arterial pressure.
It is possible to have both conditions. Exercise-induced PH can be an early stage of PAH or occur in individuals with risk factors for developing PAH.
