I am experiencing swelling in my abdomen only no where else in my body how do I address this suggestions

I have that, too. My liver enzyme tests are still normal, but my swelling is more noticeable in my abdomen then other areas. I have some minor swelling in my ankles/legs as well. My doctor said that some people are more inclined to abdominal swelling/ascites than others, and he'd continue to watch it and follow my liver tests closely.
You should visit your doctor, it may be related to PH, or it might be the liver.
