You are welcome. Before I started uptravi on echo my pressure was130 BNP was 2,229. Very high and when I went for echo after being on uptravi pressure went down to 79 and BNP went down to 399. But in may I had RHC pressure was 89 my first RHC was 92 so uptravi as helped some. And I know I feel much better than I did 2- 3 yeard ago.

Good morning Johnny, I started uptravi last July. It was horrible when I first started it. Iwas very sick, my body especially my legs hurt so bad. Every 7 days when I had to increase dose it just got worse . So with Drs permission I would stay on a dose for 4 weeks at a time so my body could adjust and it really helped so now I am at the top of my dose 1,600 2 × a day. And I feel so much better. Pressure is still severely high yet so next month I will be starting sotatercept. But as far as uptravi just give your body time to adjust to each dose. The side effects did go away. But each of us ore different. What wirks for me might not work for some one else. Before I started it I could not even take a couple steps with out thinking I was going to die. Now I can walk two times a day 20 min each time so I am proud to be able to do that much. And when I start sotatercept I am believing I will be able to do alot more walking. Ilove to walk. I used to walk 3 × a day 60 min each time. So who knows 😏 maybe 🤔with sotatercept I will be right back up there. Have a great weekend!!!

If you have a Congested Heart Failure you have to be VERY CARFUL because those two health problems are intertwine. Your first action to be is to find a CARDIOLOGIST, specializing in PH or PAH. THERE ARE 5 different types and one- is because of heart problems. So medications given to you have to be selected in a way to benefit your pulmonary hypertension as well as not have side effects in Heary. Plus medications for Heary Failure like Entresto which will be helpful for PH
