I’m on ofev for my ipf and copd. I was wondering if anyone has the side effects of diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, weight loss and how often

You made me laugh! I’m considering taking Ofev. Dr said main side effect is diarrhea. I’m lactose intolerant on top of everything. A McDonalds shake would make me so sick!

Diarrhea only. No vomiting etc. Take a break from it 2 days per week helps; but if you must a McDonalds vanilla milk shakes solves the stomach issues. Keep that a secret.....
