Hi. I love the Tyvaso dpi. On it for a couple of years now. After 2+ years on Veletri IV drip I switched and my last heart tests were so perfect that the Dr.s thought the records got mixed up! I was ready to give up on the IV--it was hellishly painful plus so many awful side effects-- and the Tyvaso was last stop before hospice. Now I feel nearly normal lots of days and almost forget that I am sickly, until I try to do normal-for-me stuff, which I can't. I still need oxygen at night or for naps and sometimes use the portable generator when out shopping and have a fade but I do have a life even if a notch down from painting murals on sides of buildings on a lift.
Hang in there. They are seeing dramatic turn arounds for some people with the Tyvaso. Best of luck to you!

I'm on Tyvaso DPI. I started with Tyvaso in nebulizer form. DPI is easier to use. Less cumbersome and faster. I can't say I feel any better, but if I'm not getting worse, that's a good thing. I wish you all the best with this.
