Members connected over the concerning discovery of ground glass opacities in their lungs, with several sharing they also have this finding along with dilated pulmonary arteries, often linked to long-term pulmonary arterial hypertension or heart failure. Several members described ground glass opacities as areas where the lung is not functioning properly, with one member explaining their diagnosis of chronic interstitial disease and pulmonary fibrosis, managed with the specialty medication OFEV to prevent further spread. A recurring theme was the uncertainty and fear around these findings, met with prayers, support, and encouragement to ask doctors for clear explanations and specialized care.

I have ground glass and mosaic pattern on CT. I also have a very dilated PA. It's very likely due to 18 years of PAH. It's not great but you can still be functional with some disability.
