Hi Dianne2 I do some reading, ( usually fall asleep). listening to music, do books called wordsearch, easier to do than crosswords. I can't think of words now, but wordsearch keeps the eye/brain thing going. I do go to an active Seniors club once a week (not many are that active) but they like the company and board games. I manage to play carpet bowls and bingo. we always get a laugh. It gets me out of the house. I am lucky I can still drive.
Just so you know some people have a very hard time with uptravi. Especially when increasing doses side effects can be very bad. But with my Drs permission I stayed on a dose for 4 weeks so my body could adjust and it helped me so much. So if your Dr does put you on it. That is something to think about. 🤔
I take sildenafil, opsumit, uptravi and furosemide. Sildenafil and opsumit were not helping at all I was getting worse than They put me on Furosemide and uptravi. And doing so much better. I still am on the others I guess I needed triple therapy. I do wish you the luck. And you will be able to do things you enjoy.🙂
I started doing jigsaw puzzles during the Pandemic and it is a real hobby. I do 2 or 3 a week. I read from my kindle. And I watch tons of British, Canadian and Australian tv shows through streaming channels. I also cook more but since I can’t stand for too long I mainly use crockpots now.
I used to teach dancing when I was in my 20s. (I used to regularly dance 3 to 4 hours a night.) Now I can barely get through a single slow dance with my husband.
