I have Sevear Pulmonary artery hypertension. And was told yesterday that I was going to need a lung transplant soon. But my Dr said the survival rate is 5 years with 50 percent passing before 2 years.

I had a friend that had a lung transplant. She even went back to work for a few years until the dust started to bother her. She worked at a grocery store.

Well that sounds like an awful lot to take in. I don't have any answers for you but I absolutely will hold you in my thoughts and prayers. I don't understand why the survival rate would look like that and hope that your dr is incorrect. I hope you get more and better news soon
