Hi Kelly, Welcome to our Family of Friends. I always have used the sterile water bottle connection to my Oxygen line to prevent a nose bleed. It kept down the sinus infections also. Do you use humidifiers with your Oxygen?

Hi Kelly,with continuous usage of oxygen 24×7 and also Bipap for 8hrs,Nose and Mouth becomes dry and will have a feeling of Running Nose.Pulmanologist suggested to apply sort of greasy material to avoid dryness.Rgds
