My heart failure doctor has me on Opsumit 10mg 1×daily. It comes from an out of pharmaceutical company. Very expensive, close to $14,000 per month now. Very fortunate that my insurance pays for it because I can't afford it it's more than I get from Social Security in a year. I have been on it for over 4 years I think. I only have my right lung to count on it it's got a natural enough and if I walked even a block before my doctor just I was out of breath before 1/4 of it it seemed like. 😉 God Bless!
