Has anyone else had their family basically not acknowledge that you're sick? That you look, physically, most of the time, as if you're not sick so to them it is as if nothing's wrong with you. I understand people's denial when it comes to someone they care about and they don't want them to be sick but I mean to a different degree. I am so sorry Maria that your family has checked out on you when you need the support of your loved ones. Since the only person you can change is yourself, I suggest you look for support somewhere else.......a good friend, a family friend, your pastor or even the members of this site. I wish you well!
Yes my family choose to ignore I am sick it's like it has pushed them away .I would like to say to you please just love life .The sun always makes you feel good I even love feeling a breeze on my skin , it makes me feel alive .I am aalso dealing with my mental health with bad depression . We can't change this disease so just love what u can in life .I find it sort of sefish that my family are this way.Hope u do feel better about yourself1🎀
