ClaraBell, I'm not a doctor and others have a much better grasp of the EFR. I was told mine was over 60% and the doctor was pleased. So, I haven't had any problems since then, that is how I judge how I'm doing. My doctors seem to think I'm doing okay. So, no pain, no trouble breathing in the daytime, heart rate okay, BP okay, O2 sat is good, so I'm good to go until the next phase. I will cross that bridge when I come to it. I have right CHF brought on by PAH. The last number I had on my PAH was 79 which is very high. But I seem to be thriving except for locomotion. That I don't have, but you can't win them all.

Hi clarabel. I also have pulmonary fibrosis and stage 3 kidney disease also anemic so many issues. But could be worse after reading what others are dealing with ...one day at a time is my motto hope you have a nice day.

Above 75 is ideal. It goes by percentage. So 70 is good for a PHer.

Hi clarabel..this is an interesting question...I was diagnosed with chf 3 yrs ago..had a tavr a year later, my echo showed I had a 70 percent ejection fraction this past year...Will be interesting to read the posts you will 'receive...How are you feeling? I am having issues with my blood pressure..am taking beta blockers...

I’ve had CHF for 12 years…currently CHF well controlled with preserved ejection fraction.Others have CHF without preserved ejection fraction.My most recent EF was 68%.I have PAH…my last RHC showed PA pressure above 100.
