PAH just over a year no other health conditions. Heart through medication is doing well the numbers are good but my breathing is worse my doctors can't figure it out. 2 mins into my walk test my oxygen drops to 77% but they don't no why. Anyone else experience this?
My oxygen drops to the low 80's during walk test. I am on oxygen all the time.

I'm not on oxygen because when I did my walk test on the oxygen it still dropped too quick, my resting oxygen is 91% and when I used the oxygen it didnt make any difference.

Did they prescribe oxygen? So far I've been able to sufficient O2 levels both at rest and with activity. However, there are times when I get very winded with activity. I have a 6MWT coming up within the next several weeks I'm a tad anxious about.
I try to stick to 1.5litres a day
