If anyone of you is taking Adempas 2mg, can you let me know if you have terrible headache? My daily blood pressure is about 109 over 67.

I take 2.5 mg of Adempas since 2023 no headache and or any side affects.

Hi Elfriede, I'm on Adempas 2.5 mg, and yes I do get headaches as well, and low blood. pressure, hypotension.

The PPI's can cause digestive issues. They don't cause side effects equally. I can't take Prevacid.
You should try Nexium. It works well for me .
