I am on adampas plus 2 other antihypertensives. One of the side effects of adempas is low blood pressure but so far so good. It has gone pretty low but controllable, I have not noticed a corelation between the b/p meds and my SOB. Hope you get it under control soon.

Six days ago I started on Adempas. My starter does was 1mg every eight hours. My first dose of 1 mg gave me palpitations and upset stomach. I relay this to my cardiologist and he suggested to start on 0.5 mg. I am also taking 3 other hypertensive medications, so I am ever mindful of Adempas' side effect of hypotension. I just don't want to go the other way.

Sorry my blood pressure is sometimes low so I have no recommendation
