Anyone Else Here Have A Pacemaker? Just Had Appointment With Cardiologist And He Said My Heart Is Damaged And I May Need A Pacemaker.
Still doing more testing but that is initial diagnosis
My daughter and my best friend both have one. My friend got her first one at 8. She just had her 35 year anniversary of her heart transplant. My daughter just got a mitral valve and pacemaker in August. I bought a cardiomonitor. So glad I did. Shes still in afib more that not but now with the pacemaker the doctors can see what shes doing.
I don't have a pacemaker, but my husband does. He says it's made all the difference. He's not nearly as tired as he used to be.
