Nothing that man can made...I have same thing and take two different Diuretics,,,how I deal with everything is through my friend JESUS,,,He gives me peace about it all and I believe His word that,,,I'm already Healed by His stripes ( ISAIAH 53;5) I just give Him Praise and Thank Him for another day of life,,, to get to know my friend JESUS better,stronger and deeper walk with Him...👑🙇‍♀️🔥🙌🕊

Yes but you have to research because since 2017 I’ve been doing doctors will do anything to make money a lot of corra meds can make you sicker everybody body organs different

I do not have Sarcoidosis, but I do have COPD and Pulmonary Hypertension. I've been using Combivent Respimat inhaler 4X a day and it helps...alot! I also have a nebulizer machine and use that as needed, but not every day. I have Xopenex rescue inhaler (lower dose Albuterol)and also take Metoprolol for my blood pressure. Water pills for my ankle swelling which is better since I have changed my diet and don't salt my food like I used to. I take D3s and 400mg of Magnesium daily at my cardiologist's recommendation. I've been on Oxygen since 2015 3ltrs..sometimes 4 when I'm struggling with pollen and humidity after being outdoors. A few years ago I was taking Seldinafil for the PH but I was always dizzy, and low bp so my doc took me off but I never got any replacement. Now I think after so many years I do need something additional. I have a new pulmonolgist and he's really good..I will see him this week and ask if he thinks I need additional oral meds. When I was hospitalized with pneumonia my old pulmonologist was not going to the hospital anymore because of covid. This is how I met my current pulomonologist who told me to avoid inhaled powdered steroids because they can cause you to get pneumonia, which it was my 2nd time in 6 months that I had pneumonia. I stopped the Advair and haven't had pneumonia since..and got a pneumonia vaccine in Dec. I highly recommend that too. We all have different thoughts and ways to address our diseases, but knowing what meds are out there and working for many people is great to know. It helps to talk with your doctor about your fears too.. it is scary, but we have to be brave, in order to fight for our life.. God Bless you!
