Quite a bit, just slow down and walk only as you are comfortable, no need to try and stay up with everyone, stop and catch your breath every time you need to, I think it is good for your health to at least try even if its just a few steps a day. Take care

Yes, many people with pulmonary hypertension (PH) experience similar issues. According to the knowledge base, shortness of breath can occur even with slight movement or exertion. @A myPHteam Member I'm not certain if your question was directed to me or someone else. How PAH affects each of us and how we respond to medications is as different as each individual. PAH was caught earlier for me than some. My pulmonary pressure was 36 when I was diagnosed, and I started Tadalafil shortly thereafter. Two months later I added Ambrisentan. A few weeks ago, I had another RHC and my pressure has dropped to 19 which is in the normal range. I am noticing I am much less short of breath than I was before. I do still have some respiratory issues, but I attribute them more to asthma than PAH. With some changes to my daily maintenance inhaler, my asthma is better controlled now. Fatigue is something that plagues me no matter what. I have a double whammy, though, since I also have Sjogren's. I've more or less learned to listen to my body and rest when I feel the need. Some days I'm the turtle, other days I'm the hare!
