I have copd which caused my PH! On 3 liters of oxygen my Dr states there is no treatment other than the o2.
IT TAKES YEARS NO CURE GETS WORSE I was told in 2000 its now 2022 but now its severe in and out of hospitals with flare ups now I have along with severe copd pulmonary hypertension it just never stops
