Heart Rate

A myPHteam Member asked a question 💭
Hutchinson, KS

What should your heart rate be?
Mine seems to be low
Except tonight was higher
And had a harder time breathing
Thanks for all your help and prayers 🙏

Yes, psmith is correct. When it drops down into the 30’s and 40’s that’s quite low and should be reported to you doctor. Before they put in my pacemaker last 11/20/20 my heart rate would not go above 38 and dropped as low as 25….not good! Since then my pacemaker works constantly to kick in when it goes under 60.

I was taught in school 60 to 95 was normal. But it is probably best like PSMITH said.
