Tb I have never taken Spiriva but many of my patients are on it. I have not heard any real complaints. Try it and be consistent. Compliance to your medication is key. Then if you not sure talk to your Dr. There many medications out there they can try.
Remind me again why are you taking these inhalers??

Tb..this is a chance to look at this as a good thing. This is something new. It may work better for you than the others. You may feel better. Yeah! No one can tell you how it will work for you. What happened with the other stuff? You still take, or is this by itself?
