Does anyone else experience severe, excruciating pain every single time they stand up? It is followed by severe shortness of breath. Nitroglycerine does not help it. The pain is in my upper diaphragm, just slightly below the breast line, which I've been told is still considered chest pain?
Yeah, you have to get to that specialist. :)
Hey Patti...I have chest pain as well...but not like your description. Were you having this pain on your last Dr visit? If it has not been brought to your Drs attention, I think you should contact them. If you have any swelling, then you should call pretty quick. The swelling could be fliud retention which can go into congestive heart failure. Lifting a special prayer for you! Hugs!
Hi PattiPretzelHoward. Thanks for adding me to your team. I do not have chest pain but if it is that painful for you then you must have it evaluated soon. PH can affect many organs and the sooner it gets treated the better. I hope you can get it taken care of.
