I went to rehab and it was a wonderful experience...learning exercise ...how to..when to ...how much. They even afforded therapy for anxiety. Go for it a great tool.

Hey Angie,. Yes, i have completed pulmonary rehab. I started inJune of 2018. Fibished in aug 31, 2018. Our program was 3 months long. After finishing o went to the extened program September 1,2018 through Jan 15,2020. During thqt time, i could do anything o wanted. The last year, i was up to 3 hours a day and 3 days a week. The only reasonni stopped, was because i jad taken a turn toward my disease and became more sicker. Wheni had tonstop in Jan, i lost a total of 34 pounds in a period of one year. After i got better amd decided to go back in mid march was the time they closed our rehab. I have not been able to return yet. The extended rehab was at 35.00 per month and well worth it. At my rehab, the money also included the oxygen you needed. At the time wasnwas isong oxygen at the rate of 8 lpm. If you have any more questions, please let me know. Mike.

Tammy, I'm sure she is sorry, at least until the next time. Are you staying with her because you have to or because of your grandchildren? There has to be a better way for all of you. I don't know your circumstances, but it sounds like a worrisome situation Do they not have a battered women's shelter? Or any kind of women's halfway house type that is temporary? You may not be in a town large enough for all I know. Be careful. Analyze your situation carefully. Get some advice from someone who can help. Or maybe you already have. I hope so. Good luck to you. Hugs and prayers.

Linda, that can be hard to deal with at times. Your Dad is safer at home than any where else. Have a great night, love and hugs.

Angiegriffy i went to pulmonary rehab. It was a help to me. It's just exercises that benefit the upper body. Try it. You can always quit if its not helping you. Hugs and prayers.
