I Am New To PH And Now That Winter Has Arrived I Find It A Lot Harder To Breath Outside. Has Anyone Found Anything I Can Do To Help With It?

I live in Canada and now that winter has arrived I have noticed it really hard to take a deep breath or walk very far outside in the cold air. I am not on oxygen is there anything that helps when you are outside?

wear a mask like if you had the flu, keeps the cold air out

I wear a turtle fur that I used to use for skiing. It lightly covers my nose & mouth & warms the air you breathe

Where a light scarf over your mouth and nose, take a couple of breaths first to get any cough out first, try not to be out for long periods of time, and take transit or drive close to your destination.
