I have chest pain, mostly on the left side, and shortness of breath with slight movement. Sometimes it goes away in a few minutes but it usually stays several hours. Sometimes I wake up with it. Does anyone else experience this? If so, how do you manage it?
In 2013, when I was diagnosed my bp was thru the roof after the left heart Cath, I immediately was prescribed sidenifil (I now take 3 - 3times a day) last week Kaiser has me redoing all the normal tests to evaluate my severity. With the 6min walk test I passed with flying colors 98% oxgyen super exciting for me since the one I did last year I got dizzy and had to stop & take a 5sec break and restart. My ph team are putting me on volibris because the pressure is to high in my right side of heart it is 64 but I also have fibrosis which is mild and stable and this tablet can flare up my fibrosis so not to keen to take, not sure what to do. Have been told I have to take a gamble as it can’t stay this high ? Any input would be grateful !
