over the past 6 days or so I've noticed my heart beating hard. It last 1 to 15 minutes and goes on and off throughout the day. It didn't do this while I was exercising yesterday, only at rest or standing in the kitchen working on stuff. I have no Ph symptoms yet and don't find heart beating hard as one. It's not beating fast just hard enough to definitely notice my chest is beating. I do have appointment to see my primary tomorrow and it's on my list of questions.

The hot flashes and flushing from tadalafil is awful. Worse than menopause. I was diagnosed Jan 2021. On tadalafil since March of 2021. Still have terrible hot flashes. Actually wakes me up at night still.
Does it ever get better. I know it’s working SOB is better last set of labs and tests were great. Also on Opsumit as of Dec 2021 ( changed from Bosentan Mar 2021 to Dec 2021). Added Uptravi March 2022. Still titrating only at 400mcg in am and 600mcg at night. The side effects are no joke… read more
