Depending on your type of machine, be sure you have your water tank topped up every night at bedtime, and check your humidity level. If the weather has a humidity change, you may have to become more attentive to adjusting it to your comfort level. I am also a moth breather, so having a well fitting mask which is FULL FACE is pretty valuable for giving you the right tight but comfortable fit with less leaking which can make your air too dry as you sleep.
Cvs has a dry mouth spray. It looks similar to a mini purse fragrance (kinda, lol)
Also, it has been several years ago now but at least one of the mouthwash brands had an option meant for dry mouth. BIOTENE?
Maybe?
Am I close? Lol
Good luck!
Those didn’t work, mouth breather. Mouth tape bothersome. Ordered some mouth spray today.
I use the nasal cushion with no issues.
That use to happen to me. My doctor adjusted the humidifier level. That helped for a while, then I changed mask type to nasal ones.
