It also depends on your subgroup and comorbitities. Group 1 has the most medicines available for treatment that need to be layered.

That AI answer is ALMOST right. It used to be that you needed an mPAP of 25 to be diagnosed. That was lowered down to 20 a few years ago in order to have people begin treatment sooner. An accurate mPAP can ONLY be taken in a Right Heart Cath or by a CardioMEMs implanted for heart failure.
