I've been using an all natural Amish muscle tonic which works amazingly well...in under 4 minutes. But it tastes awful. In reading about posters' positive experience with Hylands for restless legs, I decided to look to see if it also covers leg cramping. Apparently they have a dedicated and separate product for the cramps.

I'm anxious to hear if anybody has had success with it...and how long it takes for relief.

@A myPHteam Member I take as you know Hylands restless legs PM and it works wonders! I have not used the leg cramp but I would try it. When and if I have leg cramps, I take a magnesium and it knocks it out.(about 15 minutes and you swallow it no taste.) The restless legs you put 1 to 2 tablets under your tongue, no taste, takes about 15 minutes or less to work. I have a friend who is 98 years old and she uses nothing but Hylands products(she is doing something right and swears they are all fabulous! She has used these products for 30 plus years! Hyland products are so cheap, they are a Homeopathic medication. Big pharm. does not recognize Homeopathic treatment. Read the History of Homeopathic medicine.
https://homeopathychoice.org/the-history-of-hom... I realize this doesn't work for everything but it sure fixes some of my problems,

I think Hyland’s PM for leg cramps is a great remedy! You can use Ice blue gel on your calf before going to bed and use a roller to relax the muscles. Then, if you wake up in the night, take two of the Hylands dissolved under your tongue.

I have found Hyland's Restful Legs tablets to work well for my restless legs. I don't know if they would help with cramping though. Also, getting up and walking around the house and light stretching of my calfs and hamstrings seems to help with the RLS. I hope you find something that gives you relief.
