Sophie: Try to find out which hospital in your area offers it. Mayo and my hospital (HonorHealth) are the only ones in the Phoenix area that have it. Generally speaking, it would be a teaching hospital that also has a PH Clinic.

Ask your PH doctor to order you a HAST test. That is a noninvasive test like a pulmonary function test that will tell you how long you can travel in a pressurized cabin and at what altitudes, etc.

Many teaching hospitals offer the test. My hospital has it as well as the local Mayo Clinic.
