It all depends on which WHO Group you are in. I have mild PH in Group 2 due to Left Heart Disease. I am on Furosemide, Jardiance, Eliquis, Carvedilol, and am starting Wegovy tomorrow. In Group 2, you treat the PH primarily by treating the heart disease and that way manage the PH.
There are 5 sub-groups within PH. You need to be classified as to which group you are in as each group is treated differently.
