I will have to look into them. I've got to do something.
Yes, my PH clinics in Syracuse as well as my cardiologist and sleep Dr. My pcp and pulmonologist are in next town over, only 10 minutes away. My Rheumatologist is in another village about 20 min from me.
There are some doctors who only deal with PAH but that generally is within a PH Clinic where other PH specialists deal with the other groups. I think @A myPHteam Member goes to Syracuse but has a couple of specialists in other towns.
It's a cardiac group who dabbles. It's not a PH center. There is one in Syracuse though. I've had a PH center in Albany, which I am working with. The pulmonologist told me if my cath didn't show ph group 1 that he doesn't deal with it. Huh?
Are you seeing a true PH specialist? Or just a cardiologist who "dabbles" in it? I'm hoping @A myPHteam Member will come by. She has a care team in Syracuse, I believe, that might be good for you to connect with.
