Echo results higher than before, The RV systolic pressure is at least 36 mmHg based on a right atrial pressure of 8 mmHg?

I don't really understand right atrial pressure other than it tells you how much blood is returning to the heart. But the systolic reading of 36 would imply possible mild pulmonary hypertension which your doctor can decide if that warrants your having a right heart catheterization to confirm or not. Most doctors wait till that number is over 40.
