My PH Clinic continues to host open support meetings on a monthly basis. The next meeting is this coming Friday, Sept. 20th from 11AM till 1PM, serving lunch. The planned topic this Friday will be the role of exercise in PH management.
The location is the Cowden Center at 9202 N 2nd St, Room 2AB, Phoenix which is part of the HonorHealth John C Lincoln Hospital campus.

Happy B'day. Today is my son's 39th. His requested cake is slowly beginning to crack and slide off on one side. Oh well, it will taste amazing anyway!
