this doctor has not said that i have pulmonary hypertension yet but what measurements indicates pulmonary hypertension . fluid build up is in my legs and i cant get it to go away and stay away even after 3 months of the lymphedema clinic

Echo numbers are not as reliable as RHC numbers. And your numbers are low enough the doctors and/or insurance providers may not think it merits an RHC follow up. But you should speak to your care team about maybe changing your dosage of the diuretic or changing you to a DIFFERENT diuretic.

they was from a echo . i do take 40 mg of diuretic all most every day unless i am having to travel or an appointment where i cant go to the bathroom every few minutes. it along with compression stocking help swelling temporary , also i have a lot of swelling under my eyes that's occurred over the last 8 or 10 months . i cant find anything to make it go away , under eye swelling feel awful and looks so bad
