I think you should check this with your medics, but my logic says no if you are already receiving meds that address the nitric acid pathway. These meds lower your blood pressure already. If you added more during a dental procedure, it could become dangerous. Why would you need it anyway?

I've done a fair share of research on this topic. What I was led to believe is that it is rarely used to treat PAH. And it is done in the clinic or Dr's office. Something else I have come to realize that with all these seperate conditons that cause PAH and PH certain medications are used depending on what condition cause the PH or PAH. So when we are all discussing meds on here I have to remember that not every spoken about med is necessarily for my specific PAH cause and condition. I just can't help thinking a med change could improve my SOB with movement. That could be me and wishful thinking.
I don't want to hijack this posts topic which is Nitrous Oxide.

Nitrous is a drug given at the dentist office for sedation and is fine for PAH patients. ❤️
