It's just my PH Clinic which hosts open support meetings once a month. There's a scheduled topic each time but also open conversations plus of course lunch! We probably average about 25 people or so each time. There are 4 PH Clinics in the county where I live in Arizona and I think 3 of them offer such support meetings.

Thats ok. But honestly yoy would be perfect for leading a group. You help so many of us out on the PH site.💜

Thanks for the vote of confidence but there are already 3 local support groups that I know of here so starting another one would be redundant and honestly I am too lazy to take on such an effort these days.

That's so wonderful you can attend an in person support group! I sure wish we had one around here. My ph specialist suggested I be the one to start it, but I've never done anything like that before and don't know if I'd be organized enough! But it sure is important to connect with people with similarities and share feelings and tips for living! 💛
