It sounds like you're already using fans to help manage the temperature, which is a great start. Here are a few additional suggestions to keep your room cooler while using your oxygen unit at night:

1. Enhance Airflow: Try rearranging the furniture to ensure that there's nothing blocking the airflow from your fans. Position your fans so that one pushes the hot air out (e.g., facing a window), and the other circulates cooler air inside the room.

2. Use Cooling Bedding: Consider switching to breathable, moisture-wicking bed linens and pajamas. Materials like cotton or bamboo are good for staying cool.

3. Lower Humidity: If humidity is a problem, a dehumidifier can help make the room feel cooler and more comfortable.

4. Thermal Insulation: Check if your windows are letting in too much heat and consider using thermal curtains or blackout curtains to keep the sun out during the day.

5. Portable Air Conditioner: If it fits within your budget and space, a portable air conditioning unit can be a very effective solution to counteract the heat generated by the oxygen unit.

These steps should help you achieve a cooler environment conducive to better sleep and comfort while using your oxygen therapy at night.

Hi Sandy, I realize your room becomes warm due to the oxygen machine but does your body get hot too? I was just wondering as this happens to me and I use a cold pack wrapped in a towel to bring my body temp. down.
