I would reach out to doctor or see if you need to switch doctors. If you are retaining fluid it can make you more short of breath. If it gets to bad go to the er. Try to get into a ph specialist. It does make a difference. Good luck !

Do you have hypertension? What does your BP run? You are entitled to a second opinion.
What are your numbers ie: BNP, Right heart pressure? Have you had a right heart cath or cardiac sonogram?
Good luck and hugs.

It sounds like you're experiencing some challenging symptoms with your pulmonary hypertension (PH). Severe shortness of breath (SOB) and stomach bloating can be concerning and may be related to your PH or other factors. Here are a few steps you might consider:

1. **Consult Your Healthcare Provider**: Since you're experiencing severe symptoms, it's crucial to talk to your specialist. They can assess whether these symptoms are linked to your PH or another condition.

2. **Medication Review**: Although you mentioned not being on medication for PH, your doctor might consider whether starting or adjusting medication could help manage your symptoms.

3. **Monitoring Fluid Intake**: PH can cause fluid retention, leading to symptoms like bloating. Your doctor might advise on how to manage your fluid intake effectively.

4. **Dietary Adjustments**: Limiting salt intake can help manage fluid retention and bloating. Also, consider discussing with your doctor or a dietitian about foods that might be easier on your stomach.

It's important to address these symptoms promptly with your healthcare provider to manage your condition effectively and improve your quality of life.
