Hi James. I was recently diagnosed with PH, and COPD/Emphysema. I was originally started on an Albuterol inhaler, but at my last appointment I was switched to Anoro. It seems to be helping with my breathing. I have severe Emphysema with a bullous in my right lung. I also have several nodules in my lungs and am awaiting a follow-up ct scan to see if they have grown. Scary stuff! I hope you have a wonderful day 🌸

My understanding is that Anora Ellipta is a puffer used to treat COPD, Emphysema and Bronchitis. I haven't heard of it as a treatment for Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) nor Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH. Perhaps if a person has COPD as well as PH it may be part of the treatment for the COPD. But, as with many medications, sometimes they are used for other diseases beyond what they were designed for.
