I now order sparkling water in restaurants, But I do occasionally cheat with the chocolate. In addition to the PAH, I've had heart failure for years so we've been eating healthy for a while. I've learned how to make turkey about 30 different ways. Hubby and I are both foodies so we had to figure out how to make healthy cooking interesting for both of us. It helps that we both like to eat spicy...jalapeno is a great way to flavor some dishes without salt.

Then leave you to it. I have no idea what to do other than what I read on here of how to help my self I was told not to lift more than a gallon of milk.... but not told any this else on my own care.

Ha! It might even be more than that. Ground turkey is very versatile as long as you modify recipes to account for its limited fat and we use turkey parts and tenderloins, etc. we like spicy foods and using a lot of no salt seasonings, spices, peppers, etc we can eat a very interesting and varied heart healthy diet.
